Coming from the business I am in and my background working in sales and customer service related jobs the majority of my life, I'm the first to admit that I can be hard to impress.  In my business I try to go out of my way to serve my clients and meet each of their individual needs.  I pride myself on going above and beyond. Because of this, I tend to expect the same from companies and individuals that I do business with.
